may be requested if Client desires additional changes after the design package services have been completed, each occurrence will be billed to client at a flat fee of $150 per request. ***Only the original design deposit amount will be credited towards the client's order. Additional fees for extra revisions or sample doors etc. will not be credited towards orders. ****The renderings and design information provided as part of the design process are meant to serve as a representation the proposed product and as guidelines only. They are not meant to depict reality or to be interpreted as installation instructions. They are used for design purposes only to create the appropriate order for materials and communicate the design to the client and contractors. Cabinets by RenewaBuild does not provide installation instructions, except those provided by manufacturers. We recommend hiring an experienced and reputable cabinet installer who stands behind their work. *****Upon request, the Company may recommend preferred contractors to do
installation work or other services, Cabinets by RenewaBuild is not liable for preferred contractors' work. ******In case of damages or mis-delivered products, client must notify the Company within 30 days, prior to installation of any problems and provide proper documentation to receive warranty replacement or repair service. Installation is considered acceptance of any product. No returns for assembled cabinets. After 30 days of receiving a product, no new damages or missing product claims can be made except for warranty claims made directly to the manufacturer. *******If no purchase is made within 1 year from the deposit date, the deposit will expire.
*100% of the deposit amount will be credited toward purchases made through Cabinets by Renewabuild for the specific project as long as the deposit does not exceed 10% of the purchase price. Deposit expires after 6 months.
